CUVEE DES ARDOISES DES ERLES

All our care is put into the production and the maturation in Bordeaux oak barrels for 12 months of this wine from the Fitou appellation, a forgotten region on the borders of the Corbières. All the expression of this terroir is accessible thanks to its softness and suppleness, it is a very fruity wine with woody final notes.
